About this role
Role Overview
- Handling contentious and consultative matters within a portfolio of active and passive banking law actions, defending the interests of a financial institution.
- Drafting legal opinions;
- Responding to legal inquiries;
- Filing pleadings;
- Case monitoring and management;
- Handling matters in judges' chambers and in court;
- Attending hearings;
- Preparing reports.
Requirements
- Exclusive dedication (no concurrent employment)
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a lawyer in banking law
- Proactive attitude
- Analytical skills
- Tenacity
- Comfortable using cloud-based platforms and tools.
