Lab Manager – Laboratory Operations

Role Overview

• Oversee daily operations of the Development Laboratory
• Ensure high efficiency, strict safety compliance, and adherence to GMP
• Act as a critical bridge between laboratory staff and external vendors
• Manage materials and supplies in the labs, 6S/compliance efforts, instrument scheduling
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise lab administrators
• Manage laboratory inventory and maintain stock levels
• Lead Lab Safety Programs including chemical hygiene and waste disposal

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Chemistry or related scientific field
• 6 years analytical pharmaceutical experience or related laboratory management
• Current knowledge of laboratory equipment
• Proven track record of hands-on operations in the laboratory or equivalent experience
