Build the product vision based on the business strategy and break it down for a multidisciplinary team (developers and designers), aligning and motivating everyone in executing activities;
Maintain a prioritized backlog for the short, medium and long term aligned with the company strategy and informed by continuous analysis of various information sources (e.g., NPS, Support, contractual customer requests, etc.);
Keep the squad informed and engaged with the objectives;
Analyze backlog requests and hypotheses and lead discovery activities, defining success metrics and documenting outcomes to start the delivery process;
Oversee the development of functional specifications according to agile development standards: convert specifications into user stories, prioritize based on value delivery, plan sprints, clarify questions, participate in team ceremonies and perform the final validation of developed features;
Monitor the progress of deliveries and communicate with the relevant company areas about released features;
Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to prepare materials for product launches;
Build the foundation for product documentation;
Monitor product usage in production using appropriate monitoring tools and evaluate results against pre-established success criteria;
Communicate the product vision to other departments and companies within the group;
Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and outcomes.
Requirements
University degree, preferably in Accounting or Business Administration;
Extensive experience in product management;
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies;
Experience in the real estate market / compliance / tax reform;
Knowledge of product and business metrics;
Experience in data analysis to support decision-making;
Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts.
