Develop and implement the company-wide construction, EPC and procurement strategy
Establish clear governance, decision-making and escalation structures during the construction and execution phases
Lead, develop and manage capacity of the Construction Management team
Ensure clear roles and responsibilities
Overall responsibility for meeting budget, schedule and quality targets at the portfolio level
Manage and further develop the EPC partner and supplier landscape, including performance monitoring and contract management
Act as the driving force for continuous optimization of construction and execution processes
Requirements
A successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience, including several years in a strategic leadership role
At least two years of experience with BESS projects or in energy infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to assign clear responsibilities, provide strategic foresight and make decisive choices
Ability to remain calm in critical situations and provide clear direction
