Advising your clients and/or internal consulting teams on the latest implementation options and tracking setups
Monitoring campaigns and identifying optimization opportunities to continuously improve performance
Keeping an eye on the market, tracking trends and maintaining close contact with our market partners
We want your input on the question: “How is social media advertising done today?”
Contributing ideas for new social media advertising products is also part of the role
Working closely with colleagues from digital and traditional media planning to discuss impact contributions and to develop joint ideas

Several years of experience at other agencies or on the client side in social media advertising
You are highly experienced in advising on and implementing paid social campaigns
You enjoy client contact — you understand their needs and put them first
Analytical thinking & a strong affinity for numbers — you handle data & KPIs confidently
You are familiar with the Meta ecosystem, its platforms, ad formats and booking options
Strong interest in the social media advertising landscape and curiosity about new advertising opportunities and trends
You like working flexibly and independently
Proactivity and the motivation to make our clients happy are expected
A positive attitude and enjoyment of cross-media collaboration
Very good German language skills
