Senior Paid Social Manager

Role Overview

• You design and develop holistic performance marketing strategies for fast-growing B2C and B2B companies — with a focus on Meta and TikTok ads.
• You dive deep into the data, produce weekly reports, analyze relevant KPIs, and optimize accounts based on these insights.
• You collaborate closely with our creative team on the creation of new creatives, UGC content, and landing pages.
• In weekly client calls you present current data, derive actionable recommendations, and implement them thereafter.
• You develop your clients strategically and leverage internal resources to do so.

Requirements

• You have at least 3–5 years of professional experience in paid social ads, ideally in an agency environment.
• You have a holistic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs, with expert-level knowledge in paid social.
• You are strong in client communication, demonstrate empathy, and have a quick grasp of new information.
• You have highly developed self-organization and initiative, and the ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results.
• You have experience in team leadership and mentoring team members.
• You have a deep understanding of tracking and attribution.
