Manage cash flow and short-, medium-, and long-term projections (Cash Flow and P&L – company, projects, and events)
Support financial planning (budget, forecast, and revisions) alongside Finance Management and company partners
Develop and analyze financial indicators and KPIs
Lead monthly financial closings and reporting/distributions to partners
Ensure reimbursements are verified in accordance with internal policy
Support financial operations (investments, loans)
Execute foreign exchange settlements/closings
Design and optimize financial and accounting processes
Collaborate with business area leaders, advising and supporting matters relevant to Finance/Accounting
Develop and review internal finance and accounting policies
Provide internal training on finance and accounting processes and policies
Review accounting entries with external accounting providers
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and reconciliation routines as needed.
