Role Overview
- Development of the cutover plan.
- Lead discussions on mitigation and readiness.
- Propose alternatives to optimize processes.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses, presenting relevant information to senior management.
- Collaborate with various areas of the organization, including Procurement, Accounts Payable, Manufacturing, Planning, Transportation, and Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar).
- Experience with relevant financial tools and software.
- Advanced English fluency, with the ability to communicate in corporate settings and handle complex situations.
- Solid experience with STP processes.
- Expertise in S4 implementation.
- Skill in preparing and developing cutover plans.
- Ability to map essential activities and develop contingency plans.
- Experience working with multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to communicate and influence on complex topics.
- Analytical, solution-oriented problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to maintain focus, with a proactive attitude and resilience.
