About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and needs analysis to closing.
Actively acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships with clear revenue responsibility.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.
Convert prospects into customers through strong communication and a value-proposition approach.
Independently prepare proposals and successfully close contracts.
Requirements
Several years of sales experience, ideally in software, SaaS, or e-commerce.
Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and perseverance.
Strong closing skills and excellent presentation and demo abilities.
Comfortable with persistence in sales, follow-ups, and outbound activities.
Strong customer
and service-orientation with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Able to work independently and take ownership; team spirit is welcome.
Fluent German and solid English skills.
