Define requirements for new (sub-)projects
Conduct feasibility analyses in consultation with development and design teams
Prepare proposals and cost estimates
Consolidate requirements for handover to technical planning
Coordinate between development, design, clients and external service providers
Conduct reviews and testing
Monitor budgets
Provide client support through regular status meetings (jour fixes), training and support

Several years of professional experience in IT project management and coordination
Proven experience managing larger projects
Strong technical affinity and understanding
Structured, analytical and well-organized
Strong communicator, able to provide structure and make decisions
Proficient with project management tools
Agile project management (SCRUM)
Very good German language skills
Good to very good English skills
Experience with various CMS, CRM, e-commerce platforms, marketing and business process tools
Management of e-commerce and ERP projects
Confident use of Jira and Confluence (Atlassian)
Successful management of international projects
