Lead and develop a team of technicians, providing clear targets and continuous training
Lead released projects (Ramp Up, etc.) in cooperation with relevant departments (e.g., Production, Logistics, Development, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Purchasing, etc.) worldwide
Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality, IE, and IT to implement sustainable digital process improvements
Analyze and document business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Drive digitalization initiatives that support Lean, CIP, and operational excellence
Collect, structure, and interpret operational data to support decision-making at all levels
Support CIP projects with data-driven insights, root-cause analysis, and measurable outcomes
Coordinate programs (e.g., DPS, Ramp Up, etc.) with other plant sites and the central office
Contribute to best-practice sharing and digital capability building across the site
Standardize digital workflows and reporting methods in alignment with plant and corporate guidelines
Plan and conduct workshops for various plant functions (e.g., Production, Logistics) to identify improvement potential (e.g., time, space and material savings, equipment parameterization, reduction of error rates, etc.)
Compile workshop results and create corresponding reports for supervisors/management
Ensure implementation of agreed actions in cooperation with the relevant area
Build dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to provide real-time visibility.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years' experience in the automotive industry
Experience with digital tools and process automation
Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement methods; Six Sigma Green Belt at minimum
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization platforms
Proficient in English; German would be an asset.
