• Prepares presentations and supporting materials for technical meetings and stakeholder alignments.
• Assists management in prioritizing requests and scope management, contributing to on-time, high-quality deliveries.
• Shares knowledge on AI frameworks, APIs, and microservices.
• Leads discussions with DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams, prioritizing solution scalability.
• Leads exploration and application of cutting-edge technologies (LLMs, autonomous agents, generative AI), fostering continuous innovation.
• Represents the company at events, technical forums, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python or Java and experience using AI/ML libraries;
• Experience in NLP, computer vision, and generative AI projects, using Agents, LLMs, RAG and protocols (MCP and A2A);
• Strong software engineering best practices;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes;
• Experience with cloud services for deploying and monitoring AI solutions;
• Ability to document and communicate technical decisions, and present results to business areas;
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable, sustainable AI solutions;
• Capability to lead technical initiatives and mentor less-experienced professionals;
• Ongoing interest in new trends and emerging technologies in the AI field;
• Strong collaboration and interaction with diverse areas;
• Ability to define standards and review solutions with a focus on technical excellence;
• Postgraduate degree in the field, in progress or completed.
