Innovation and Business Analyst

Role Overview

• Monitor ongoing projects within the area and prepare status reports;
• Map and perform discovery of project opportunities and innovation applications across corporate and operational areas;
• Implement and execute the area's processes;
• Conduct business and process analyses of current practices, identifying gaps and efficiency opportunities, and driving continuous improvement in the customer journey;
• Engage with different departments to facilitate communication and the flow of relevant information;
• Apply innovation frameworks and methodologies;
• Prepare and deliver presentations for teams and internal stakeholders;
• Provide strategic support to area management by innovating processes and KPIs;
• Stay up to date on technology and innovation trends in the logistics sector;
• Collaborate with vendors to structure proofs of concept;
• Document projects and processes;
• Maintain and update area controls and performance indicators.

Requirements

• Experience in process structuring.
• Knowledge of, or willingness to work in, innovation and business analysis;
• Knowledge of agile methodologies;
• Familiarity with management and prototyping tools.
