Role Overview
- Advise the coeo Group business units on legal matters
- Review, draft, and negotiate national and international contractual agreements
- Develop, update, and optimize legal documentation and internal policies
- Support projects related to the internationalization of the coeo Group
- Assist with litigation proceedings and handle complaints
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Completed law degree with Second State Examination (2. Staatsexamen) — fully qualified lawyer
- Several years of professional experience with solid knowledge of civil law, civil procedure, and contract law
- Experience preparing and reviewing contracts, legal documents, and legal opinions
- Interest in technological developments and motivation to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
