You're the Analyst: You thoroughly evaluate sites — location, catchment area, competition, footfall, profitability. You understand why a site succeeds and why another doesn't.
You're the Negotiator: You conduct lease negotiations, agree on terms and manage the process through to signature.
You're the Expansion Engine: You work closely with executive management, operations and construction/facility teams to ensure new locations are not only identified but also realized.
You're the Translator: You bring external market insights into the company and translate them into clear decision-making material to support further growth.
Requirements
Real estate & business understanding: You understand how commercial properties function and have a feel for economically sensible deals.
Analytical thinking: Location and competitive analyses don't put you off — on the contrary.
Strong communication skills: Whether with brokers, property owners or internally, you communicate confidently, reliably and solution-oriented.
Hands-on mentality: You don't wait for perfect conditions — you work with what's available and make it better.
Interest in expansion & growth: You don't just want to manage processes; you want to actively help build.
Experience: Background in property management, expansion, project development, site analysis or similar is a plus — we value your drive more than titles.
Languages: In addition to business-fluent German, Polish at negotiation level is a nice-to-have.
Class B driving license is an advantage.
