Leading, directing and managing demanding strategy, specialist and implementation projects
Advising our clients on strategy, governance and processes in the areas of lending, real estate valuation, refinancing, risk management and sustainability
Independently and primarily developing consulting products with consideration of client needs, market developments and the strategic direction and ambitions of vdpConsulting AG
Supporting the Executive Board in further developing the company with respect to strategy, consulting and product portfolios as well as organization and processes (including taking responsibility for implementing strategic action packages)
Producing thought leadership materials, studies and specialist articles and delivering seminars and presentations

Completed university degree in economics (or equivalent)
Substantial, relevant and demonstrable professional experience in a consulting firm with a focus on the financial services industry
Relevant business development (acquisition) and project leadership experience (for Senior Manager)
Broad understanding of processes, organization, technology and regulatory requirements in lending and the real estate sector
Excellent and practiced communication and presentation skills
Confident demeanor and enjoyment of client interaction
Growth mindset and enthusiasm for innovative thinking
Business-fluent German and English
High willingness to travel
