About this role

Own project commitments and deliverables incorporating the full software development lifecycle: requirements definition, design, prioritization, implementation, build CICD, testing, deployment, and operational support.
Drive the project scrum team: standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Support engineers in building deep technical expertise while developing leadership, ownership, and cross team influence.
Coordinate dependencies and releases across multiple teams.
Communicate clearly and proactively with leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high trust team culture that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or people management role.
Solid grounding in software fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and system design.
Experience driving operational excellence in supporting released software, including reliability, performance, and cost awareness.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and planning tools (e.g., Jira).
