Independently manage and coordinate bids in the public sector (EU‑wide & national)
Analyze tender documents (e.g., statements of work/specifications, EVB‑IT, award criteria)
Coordinate all subject‑matter inputs and ensure a smooth bid process
Responsible for reviews, approvals, compliance and escalation management
Prepare presentations and actively support customer and contract negotiations
Document the bid process and conduct win/loss reviews
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration, law, or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years' experience in bid management, ideally with public‑sector clients (federal, state, municipal authorities, agencies, public enterprises)
Solid knowledge of procurement law (GWB, VgV, UVgO) and experience with EVB‑IT contracts
Basic knowledge of contract law and the ability to work to deadlines and meet delivery dates
Substantial experience in sales or sales‑related roles and proven experience preparing and conducting customer negotiations
Accuracy and strong analytical skills combined with technical affinity and excellent communication skills
Excellent MS Office skills and confident use of project management tools such as Microsoft Planner, MS Project, Jira or Confluence to manage complex bid processes
Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to analyze tenders, structure and create bid content
Fluent German and very good written and spoken English
A confident manner when dealing with public‑sector clients and strong negotiation skills complete your profile
