About this role
Role Overview
Lead development integrated solutions across the enterprise, identify and drive enterprise-level issues and risks
Client delivery, serving in multiple client roles (Program Manager, Project Manager, Process & Change Leader)
Identify and drive new sales opportunities, develop relationships, and sell work into existing accounts
Development and delivery of solutions across an enterprise, managing program-level risks and driving program level issue resolution
Serve as a trusted advisor for the client, bring detailed expertise in specific business or technology areas
Build and maintain new executive relationships outside current clients
Support strategic marketing, recruiting, sales, and delivery initiatives within the practice
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
10+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
At least 5 years of experience in managing program level engagements with multiple workstreams and client stakeholders
Ability to estimate complex programs/projects – from a solution, resource needs, and budget perspective
Experience with leading and responding to RFP’s and selling and delivering consulting projects
High energy and highly collaborative
Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate client executives based on expertise, maturity, and professionalism
Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications
Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
Background in Consulting Services, particularly in Big 4 is desirable
Willingness to travel up to 50%
