About this role

First point of contact for customers on electrical engineering questions related to packaging machines
Handling incoming service requests via the ticketing system
Independently performing remote services (e.g. fault analysis, parameter checks, software adjustments)
Initial troubleshooting together with the customer
Providing technical support on machine functionality
Active participation in cross-service projects and close coordination with other specialist departments

Completed vocational training in an electrical field (e.g., electronics technician, mechatronics technician)
Ideally further training as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
Strong technical understanding, especially in electrical engineering and process engineering
Experience with Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal and Sinamics drive technology
Independent, analytical and reliable working style
Willingness to learn and openness to technical development
Good English skills
Basic willingness to undertake occasional international travel
Confident user of common MS Office applications
