Support the design and documentation of HR Shared Services processes, including intake models, workflows, service catalogs, and standard operating procedures
Assist with evaluating and implementing AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve HR productivity, efficiency, and service delivery
Conduct research and analysis on HR processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, or improved employee experience
Analyze employee engagement and survey data to identify trends, gaps, and focus areas for improvement
Help develop data-backed action plans, summaries, and recommendations to address engagement insights
Prepare presentation materials, dashboards, and written summaries for HR and People leadership
Provide project coordination support, including meeting notes, action tracking, and cross-functional follow-ups
Requirements
Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2026
Prefer degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August)
Be based in the Denver Metro area
Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
