About this role

Support licensing business by reviewing and revising IP outlicense agreements and negotiating related legal and IP terms.
Draft, review, and revise other technology-related agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Legal degree (JD) from an accredited U.S. institution or LLM from a U.S. institution with a non-U.S. degree equivalent to a J.D.
At least college-level understanding of integrated circuits, their applications, and design methodologies.
At least 5 years of legal experience in supporting, drafting and negotiating technology transactions in the fabless semiconductor sector.
In-depth understanding of semiconductor industry terminology and the semiconductor ecosystem.
Understanding of fabless semiconductor business models and practices.
In-depth understanding of Intellectual Property (IP) concepts, demonstrated by prior experience as inhouse and/or as outside counsel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technically proficient with typical application suites.
