Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle.
Explain the value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upsell current clients on other Heartland products and services.
Maintain regular communication with the Payroll Territory Manager (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).
Close sales of business solutions with merchants throughout the area.
Set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via your network and referral partnerships.
Run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.
During training period, accompany on initial appointments to train on sales process using tablet based CRM platform, Atlas.
Set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of commission and residuals on business you bring in.
Requirements
18 years of age or older
Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
Successful completion of pre-employment background check
Must live in area relative to job posting location
At least two years of relevant experience
Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time
