Role Overview
- Work with Producers and Directors to service client accounts in the Lafayette, Louisiana market
- Research, analyze and evaluate medical, life, disability and other benefit plans
- Lead open enrollment presentations and take an active role in client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
- Conduct and present annual client compliance reviews
Requirements
- BA/BS preferred
- More than 3 years’ client service and/or industry and product line experience
- Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
- Knowledge of benefits administration
- Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
