Role Overview
- Responsible for managing commercial relationships for Mid-Corporate, Institutional Banking relationships
- Managing a staff of relationship managers
- Develop and service significant client relationships
- Growing the net interest income and fee income for the team
- Risk Management and credit quality oversight
- Negotiating, structuring and approving loans and terms
- Training and coaching the team
- Managing the sales process
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or four years relevant experience
- Ten years commercial lending experience
- Previous sales management experience
- Knowledge of banking credit principles
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Relationship Management skills
