About this role
Role Overview
Supports a full range of administrative and human resources functions for the Office of Education
Assists in defining components of mission-based efforts, including participation in the assessment of required human capital
Manages the Office of Education's Human Capital Management (HCM) functions
Oversees payroll, stipend payments, data modifications, reporting, and other HCM-related tasks
Coordinates recruitment processes with hiring managers
Enhances efficiency of internal and external HCM processes
Collaborates with the Director of Finance to conduct cost allocation audits
Provides leadership to committees and projects related to OE initiatives
Manages project tasks crucial to success
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
Relevant Experience (3 Years)
