Government Lending Annual Servicing Manager

Role Overview

• Take ownership of tasks and challenges in annual servicing operations
• Request financial statements and complete annual servicing on Government Loan Portfolio
• Assist with loan servicing action requests and complete site visits
• Request financial and ancillary information from Relationship Manager or Borrower
• Spread updated financial statements and complete global cash flow analysis
• Prepare annual servicing memo following established SSB guidelines
• Submit risk rating changes via the current tracking system post-annual servicing

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting is recommended
• At least one year of experience in related field
• Knowledge of personal computer, Windows and Microsoft software applications is required
• Must be able to prepare documents and compose business letters and memorandums
• Must have good knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation
• Requires knowledge of office practices, procedures and general office machines.
