Role Overview
Maintain a thorough understanding of the product range and the customization options offered to retailers.

Requirements
High school diploma (DES) or equivalent (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Proven experience in customer service or sales.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required to support Francophone and Anglophone customers across Canada and internationally.
