Role Overview
- Lead the production and ensure the accuracy of monthly performance indicators
- Structure and manage budget processes (preparation, revisions, monitoring)
- Analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations
- Prepare financial analyses for senior management
- Support operational teams in managing their performance
- Contribute to the development of management control tools and methodologies
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous process improvement
- Work in a multi-entity environment with a consolidated view
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years' experience in management control / financial controlling
- Experience in a multi-site or multi-entity environment required
- Strong command of analytical tools (Excel, Power BI or equivalent)
- Experience in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ability to structure, analyze, and challenge complex data
- Highly autonomous, critical thinker with the ability to influence decisions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions
