About this role
Role Overview
Support our Dutch-speaking customer base via phone, email, and chat
Maintain our customer database and update all entries
Offer tailored solutions for each call
Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical issues (installation) or warranty claims
Requirements
Fluent Dutch (C2) plus proficiency in German, French, or English (C1 level)
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment; prior call center experience is desirable
Demonstrable experience working within a structured process
Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work well in a team
Flexibility and openness to a new challenge
Willingness and eagerness to learn
Empathetic and socially competent personality
Valid work permit for Germany
Willingness to work on-site in Berlin
