You are responsible for the expansion of our product from strategy through implementation.
Rethink processes, contribute your own ideas, and improve our field sales setup a little more every day.
Analyze KPIs, set ambitious targets, and lead your team with a clear vision and strong motivation.
Conduct development and feedback conversations, identify potential, and help your team realize it.
Work closely with the product team, Customer Success, and Support, providing valuable customer and market feedback to directly shape what delights our users.
Act as the bridge between Field Sales and the Head of Sales—open, transparent, and always solution-oriented.
Requirements
Some experience leading sales teams, ideally in field sales or a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills—you can inspire, challenge, and support.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you view KPIs as motivation, not pressure.
A genuine hands-on mentality—you roll up your sleeves rather than just delegate.
High willingness to travel within the DACH region to regularly support your team members on site.
Fluent German and at least basic knowledge of English.
