Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical domains
Partner with hiring managers and tech leaders to understand workforce plans and translate them into effective hiring strategies
Design and execute scalable recruitment approaches for high-volume and niche technical roles
Build sustainable pipelines of top technical talent
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, referrals, and networking events
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience
Conduct thorough technical screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Manage structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks
Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS tools and sourcing technologies
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, and pipeline health
Use data insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality
Stay informed about tech market trends, emerging skills, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices
Provide hiring managers with relevant market insights and recommendations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field.
2 to 4 years of technical recruitment experience, including hands-on exposure to high-paced environments and hiring for both high-volume and non-technical roles.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Strong understanding of sourcing tools and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full recruitment cycle management using various interview and evaluation methods.
Experience using ATS systems (Workable and/or Teamtailor is a plus)
Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, and similar tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
