Manage and maintain a constantly evolving calendar of the CEO based in North America as well as other Executive Leadership team members when needed; this includes internal / external face-to-face and virtual meetings globally
Serve as a liaison with internal staff and external partners at all levels
Book all domestic and international travel for the CEO including, transport, accommodations, and other travel needs
Apply understanding of Ontinue’s operations to support CEO/management effectiveness and responsiveness.
Manage expense reimbursement for the CEO
Coordinate logistics for board meetings globally
Organize internal and external events on behalf of the CEO and the Executive Team
Requirements
At least 5+years’ experience in a global EA role supporting C-suite Executives in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Extensive experience of logistics management including complex schedules and international travel arrangements
Strong business acumen and understanding of operational priorities
