Role Overview
- Develop structured training programs for internal teams and customers
- Lead programs that drive successful technology adoption within customer institutions
- Design and lead Perimeter’s end-to-end commercial training ecosystem
- Own the creation and evolution of Perimeter’s Commercial Training Playbook
- Work closely with multiple internal teams to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant, and clinically sound
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in medical device, surgical technology, and clinical imaging
- Experience supporting technologies used in surgical procedures
- Proven experience building or delivering training programs or field enablement
- Strong ability to translate complex clinical concepts into structured training
- Willingness to travel extensively to support the field
