Focus on finding new potential customers and generate business
Accelerate business in France by targeting heavy vehicles / Bus OEMs, PTOs, logistics companies, and marine & port segment
Cooperate with market segment owner to define strategy and commercial approach
Create plans and set strategic objectives
Conduct regular customer visits to grow sales
Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
Ensure up-to-date regional market insights and understanding of market potential
Report, register and maintain customer agreements and project data in CRM
Requirements
Commercial/economic/engineering or equivalent educational background
Strong experience in a commercial and/or technical advisory role, preferably within a B2B energy environment and working with C-level
A proven track record in both business growth and account management
Good knowledge in project sales to larger clients / KAM experience
Industry experience within Automotive, EV, e‑Mobility, Energy, or the Charging business
Leadership skills combined with strategic thinking and a focus on quality
Experience in reporting and CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
An open and positive mindset with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach and a strong drive for results
Comfort working with complex sales and decision-making processes involving multiple stakeholders, and a demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-lasting customer relationships
Excellent English skills and written and spoken French
