Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to operational talent to support their development
Determines training programs by identifying relevant learning sessions based on skill gaps
Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational talent engagement, productivity, and cost savings to support workforce planning optimization
Supports the redeployment of operational talent by identifying and matching them with appropriate short term/project based and long term job opportunities/assignments
Supports operational talent with tools and guidance for career mobility, based on skills and experience
Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking
Requirements
Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline
Grows knowledge of the company, processes and customers
Performs structured work assignments related to discipline
