About this role
Role Overview
Plan and execute culture-first marketing and influencer initiatives
Develop and deliver localized social and digital content
Identify and manage brand partnership opportunities
Translate Thai Gen Z and millennial culture insights into campaign concepts
Provide project support on specific initiatives as requested
Manage timelines, budgets, reporting, and campaign documentation
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in marketing, social, influencer, partnerships, content, or agency roles
Deeply connected to Thai youth culture, especially Gen Z and young millennials
Strong instincts for content, cultural relevance, and engaging ideas
Experience in influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, social campaigns, or cultural activations
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfortable with creative and operational tasks
Data-aware and able to support campaign reporting
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to test ideas
Collaborative team player with ownership and clear communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
Proficient in Google Workspace and presentation/reporting tools
Eligibility: Thai citizens or foreign nationals with valid authorization to work in Thailand
