Lead strategic acquisition efforts to expand Xometry’s partner network throughout India
Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans to identify and onboard high-quality partners across CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal, and injection molding
Establish efficient onboarding and training programs to ensure EMEA partners are equipped to succeed on the Xometry platform.
Implement scalable frameworks to monitor and improve partner performance across metrics such as quality, delivery, and responsiveness
Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement programs to elevate the capabilities of local manufacturing partners
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to address performance gaps and enhance service delivery
Align EMEA partner supply with global and local demand to optimize costs, lead times, and quality.
Drive network effects by fostering healthy competition and strategic capacity planning among Indian manufacturers.
Work cross-functionally with Global Operations and Sales to support order routin and fulfillment.
Lead and mentor the EMEA-based Partner Network and acquisition teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Serve as the "voice of the EMEA partner" internally, providing insights that support local partner health and growth
Requirements
10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or B2B/e-commerce marketplace leadership.
Proven track record of building and scaling (supply) networks specifically within the B2B/B2C ecommerce landscape.
Experience with supplier development programs and performance management systems.
Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies (CNC, Injection Molding, etc.) and sourcing dynamics.
Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically.
Communication: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other European languages (Western & Eastern European, Turkish) is a plus.
