Maintaining and updating your Playbook regularly
Coordinating with the “Win Team” to ensure seamless execution of sales, including support from operations, administration, valuations, and field marketing
Requirements
Deep understanding of agricultural machinery, including valuation, pricing, and condition assessment
Proven ability to create recurring customers by adapting solutions to their needs
Approximately 5 years of experience in the used ag machinery business
Existing network in the Dutch agricultural sector
Fluency in Dutch and professional-level English
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Goal-oriented "to-do" mentality and a collaborative, team-player attitude
