Acquisition, retention and strategic development of business customers
Serve as the sales contact from the initial telephone outreach through contract signing
Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to ensure team success
Contribute ideas and expertise to cross-location and cross-functional projects

Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
At least two years of experience selling services in the DGUV (German statutory accident insurance) environment or in technical services
Willingness to travel regionally
Excellent written and verbal German skills
Passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, an independent working style, and a personable, confident demeanor
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Valid Class B driving license
