To provide high quality administration, coordination and in person support across the HR team, with a particular focus on Culture & Talent, Client Payroll and HR Operations.
The role ensures accurate data management, efficient coordination of activities and the smooth delivery of talent development, HR processes and client payroll services.
Requirements
Previous experience in HR administration, working at a similar level.
Working towards a CIPD qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
Professional and responsive communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and task management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, whilst maintaining very high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive and having the ability to meet tight deadlines and using own initiative.
Intermediate Excel skills, proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.
Flexible team player who can adapt to changing priorities and is prepared to get involved in the work and cover other team members when necessary.
Excellent stakeholder management, ensuring people are updated, informed and supported across a range of projects and tasks.
