Degree or vocational training in Marketing / Communications / Tourism or a related field.
Relevant professional experience in performance marketing; agency background is a plus.
Confident use of Google Ads, Google Analytics, CMS and web analytics tools.
Creativity, strong copywriting skills and a good sense for target audiences, combined with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Self-reliance, team spirit and enthusiasm for tourism.
