ServiceNow Solution Architect – Strategic Portfolio Management

Role Overview

• Design and architect ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions based on platform best practices
• Lead and support SPM implementations including modules such as Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Resource Management
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to define processes and solution architecture
• Define solution designs, architecture documentation, and implementation strategies
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and minimize unnecessary customization
• Provide architectural guidance to consultants and developers during implementation
• Conduct solution reviews and ensure architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle
• Support presales activities by providing architectural input and solution proposals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful ServiceNow SPM projects

Requirements

• ServiceNow CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) certification (mandatory)
• Several years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management implementations
• Proven experience delivering multiple SPM projects in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of SPM modules such as Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning
• Experience designing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution designs
• Experience facilitating workshops and working with senior business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow SPM data model and processes
• Experience with platform configuration including Flow Designer, Business Rules, and forms
• Understanding of integrations and dependencies with other modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Enterprise Architecture Management
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation best practices and governance models
• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS-ITSM (Nice to Have)
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture Management or Application Portfolio Management (Nice to Have)
• Experience in large-scale or international ServiceNow implementations (Nice to Have)
• Experience advising organizations on portfolio governance and transformation initiatives (Nice to Have)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and structured way
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision makers
