Lead and manage production operations for established manufacturing lines and new projects, ensuring safety, compliant, and efficient execution to meet customer demand, quality requirements, and cost targets.
Control manufacturing financial performance, ensuring proper management of labor efficiency, manufacturing variances, absorption, indirect material consumption, and headcount according to approved budget.
Lead and develop Production Supervisors, ensuring accountability, workforce stability, and high performance aligned with operational objectives.
Oversee Industrial Engineering activities including capacity planning, line balancing, productivity improvements, and cost optimization initiatives to support demand and margin objectives.
Ensure training strategy and workforce capability development through onboarding, certification, cross-training, and ramp-up readiness planning.
Lead ramp-up of new production lines and product transfers, ensuring operational readiness (people, equipment, materials, and processes) and stable performance after launch.
Serve as the primary production interface with customers and core teams, ensuring compliance with delivery commitments, responsiveness to capacity and flexibility requests, and structured problem-solving for critical line issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Engineering, finance, business administration.
Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing companies.
Minimum 3–5 years in leadership roles supervising production teams.
Experience managing production budgets, manufacturing variances, indirect material spending, and headcount planning.
Experience leading ramp-ups and product transfers.
