Partner with international leadership to identify growth opportunities, performance risks, and capital allocation tradeoffs
Build and evolve analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting that create durable visibility into international performance
Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to ambiguous business challenges from hypothesis through execution and monitoring
Navigate and manipulate data across systems, leveraging SQL familiarity, BI tools, and AI-enabled workflows to extract insights
Translate complex financial and analytical outputs into clear, executive-ready recommendations
Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Data, and International stakeholders
Independently lead initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight

7+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, BizOps, or analytics
strong financial modeling skills and sharp business judgment
comfortable navigating data and extracting insights; SQL familiarity preferred but not required
experience building models and reporting infrastructure that support strategic decision-making
highly proficient in Excel and executive presentation development
can operate independently and drive consensus across senior stakeholders
