About this role
Role Overview
Lead site-specific customer meetings, resolve first-line disputes, and champion the customer’s voice
Align customer demand with business operations, ensuring smooth order execution
Oversee contractual obligations, cash management, and compliance while managing commercial risks and opportunities
Implement contract updates and manage minor modification claims
Support pricing strategies, bid proposals, and commercial planning
Requirements
A proven track record in customer relationship management, contract negotiation, and demand forecasting
Negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills to interpret financial data and support budgeting decisions
A background or experience working within the Aerospace industry
A qualification in Business Studies is a plus, but hands-on experience in a customer-facing or programme management role is valued
