Role Overview
Customer Insights Data Analysis: Perform quantitative analyses on transactional databases to extract insights that drive revenue and improve the customer experience, using advanced data mining and modeling techniques.
CRM Results Measurement: Assess the impact of CRM campaigns (push, SMS, email) by applying key metrics and statistical methods to quantify the performance uplift generated by campaigns.
Development of Presentations and Dashboards: Create executive presentations and interactive dashboards for efficient, ongoing monitoring of results, facilitating data-driven decision making.
Collaborative CRM Strategies: Work with clients and internal teams to optimize CRM strategies, proposing effective customer segmentations and personalized approaches aligned with company objectives.
Customer Digitalization: Use data analysis to drive adoption of the company’s app, focusing on improving the customer’s digital experience.

Data Analysis (basic knowledge of statistics)
Familiarity with one or more of: Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, Looker (Intermediate level).
