Identify new product opportunities by analyzing user behavior patterns and the efficiency of systems and features;
Lead quantitative investigations of issues together with the product team, confirming their occurrence and providing insights to assist with prioritization and resolution;
Support PMs and teams in mapping KPIs, automating their calculation and visualization, managing the monitoring and interpretation of these metrics, and considering the appropriate dimensions for analyzing each indicator;
Gather and analyze market data, including trends and competitor information, to support product teams in deciding which problems to solve and how to address them.
Requirements
Experience in data analysis and KPI management in the digital market;
Strong analytical experience;
Advanced SQL knowledge and development experience for data extraction;
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar;
Experience with Excel;
Knowledge of Python and/or R;
Knowledge of experimentation (A/B testing);
Knowledge of machine learning (supervised and unsupervised models);
Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent experience.
