Requirements
Relevant academic background, preferably a university degree in HR, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional qualifications.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience within Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a comparable HR specialty.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
Comprehensive understanding of salary formation, collective labor agreements, vacation and leave legislation, pension frameworks, and other key People‑related areas within the Scandinavian region.
Fluency in one Scandinavian language and English.
Personal attributes: integrity, discretion, proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a structured approach.
