Strategic development and ongoing maintenance of client relationships
Client data management, including analysis and preparation so it serves as a reliable basis for audit offices
Support clients during software onboarding and assist with digitizing application processes
Implement documentation requirements digitally and transparently to ensure the highest quality standards
Early identification of client needs, proactive advising, and ensuring clients achieve maximum return on investment
Targeted forwarding of client feedback within the team to continuously optimize the software

Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
Strong business and commercial acumen
Initial practical experience in project management or consulting
Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style
Self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and a hands-on mentality
Enjoyment of strategic client contact and a confident, reliable, professional demeanor
Fluent German communication skills and ideally very good English skills
Strong affinity for numbers, processes, and digital solutions
